One of the worst “spa” experiences ever. Not very many amenities and the service was just extremely tasteless. There was no effort put into the “spa” experience. My manicure was TERRIBLE (see photo attached). My nails were cut SO short and my cuticles were untouched. Hard to believe but they looked worse leaving than when I came in. Overall, I am so disappointed. I do not recommend.

For one, the spa service gives you access to their beach, the whirlpool/sauna area, and a roof top spa lounge. This made it an all around relaxing experience. It was great to arrive earlier in the day and enjoy a lounger on the beach for a couple of hours, make use of the hot tub, and relax on the roof all before my service even began. The body polish was a refreshing and cleansing service I would recommend to others. I only had the opportunity to go for 30 minutes, but I would say it's worth it to splurge on the 60 minutes in the future. Megan was fast and professional yet never made me feel rushed. One tip, the parking lot is across the street from the hotel. Google maps did not end my ride there, so be aware if you are driving.

Always a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Staff are friendly and professional, surroundings are calm and peaceful. No hard sell of any products, and parking validation are also a plus. I've had facials, massages, pedicures and all have been a positive experience.

Very unfriendly to children and even rigid in practice for those who receive service (beware if you’re late!), and excellent for people who don’t have children. I wasn’t late, but beware if you are. The standard is high for the patrons and not so for the staff. This is not a relaxing place or friendly beyond the fake smiles you may receive. I wish you the best.

I sent my Mom here as a gift and she was very disappointed. Chris was her therapist and his sweaty and shaky hands were not relaxing at all. It was obvious he doesn't like working on women. The spa was very dirty and needed updating.
